The practice was first established in 1995, and has experience in designing many building types including industrial, commercial and residential housing.

The residential housing experience comes from working with several developers, on multiple house estates, single dwellings and barn conversions.
We have worked throughout all areas of North east England and North Yorkshire.

Our aim would be to deliver an individually tailored, exceptional service accommodating each client's criteria of style, space, budget and timescale. This is achieved by offering a personal service working closely with the client on all aspect of the job, keeping them fully informed of progress at all stages and representing them to the local authority to obtain all necessary permissions.

Our commercial work has comprised of shop refurbishment and our industrial experience whilst working with large companies such as Phillips plc in both new build offices and refurbishing their internal office spaces.
